Piccola Roma in Bamberg

After our train canceled late in the evening, Piccola Roma saved us the evening a few months ago. Very friendly, very fair prices, delicious pizza and all that just before the store closes. We'd love to come back, then hopefully not again because of a canceled train ...

Fetched food there for the first time. Unfortunately disappointing. The tagliatelle scampi are completely neutral in taste in bland tomato sauce with the most overcooked pasta I've had to eat in my life. The salad was fresh but carelessly prepared with the cheapest sliced ​​cheese (sometimes 4 slices on top of each other). The chef's pizza piccola Roma was technically good in terms of the dough, but too unevenly and simply smacked on top. Nobody wants pineapple and spinach in their mouth at the same time. Although the restaurant was recommended to me, this was probably my last visit. The staff was understaffed but friendly.

Nice little eatery with a nice outside area. Unfortunately, the service wasn't outstanding. No bread could be served with the salad, but we were advised to order pizza bread with it. So there was no alternative but to pay more or leave it out. That wasn't too bad, but the salad was very mediocre. It tasted like nothing and had to be spiced up at the table. The pizzas weren't great either, but they were tasty.

Soon 200 positive reviews for such a small restaurant, yes you are crazy :) would like to give it five stars and what can I say, the Piccola Roma is really great. It offers a very nice atmosphere, the food is excellent and the waitresses are very friendly and courteous. And if we don't get a seat, we order something and eat it at home. We can recommend everything without exception, pizza, pasta, fish and meat. But we prefer to sit on the raised seats at the bar and have a relaxed Italian evening with good food and vino.

Small cozy restaurant on the Bamberger Hbf. The service was super friendly and the food was delicious. You could not pull together when the food was there, so a half-eaten pizza had to serve as an image for Google. 😅🍕 For information: on arrival all tables were reserved. Only because of the late arrival of the guests they left us a table. So book in advance.

This is a brilliant little restaurant (6 tables, about 20 people). The food was excellent and the wait staff were extremely helpful in choosing what to eat. They have a good variety of food and the prices are very reasonable. They have a small selection of desserts but it was by far the best tiramisu I have ever had.
